Product Specification
A: Unthreaded Length:01 Unthreaded length is 10 mm (since 01 = 10 mm when ordered in 10 mm increments). Minimum is 0 mm, maximum is 230 mm.
B: Overall Case Length:04 Overall case length is 40 mm (since 04 = 40 mm when ordered in 10 mm increments). Minimum is 20 mm, maximum is 250 mm.
C: Total Length Option:15 Total probe cable length is 1.5 meters (4.9 feet).
D: Connector and Cable-Type Option:02 Miniature coaxial ClickLoc connector without connector protector, standard cable.
E: Agency Approval Option:05 CSA, ATEX, IECEx Approvals (for hazardous area installations).
Primary Application: Vibration and position measurements on fluid-film bearing machines (e.g., turbines, compressors), Keyphasor reference, and speed measurements.
Target Material: Factory calibrated to AISI 4140 steel (standard). Calibration to other target materials available upon request.
Linear Range: 2 mm (80 mils), from approximately 0.25 mm to 2.3 mm (10 to 90 mils) from the target.
Incremental Scale Factor (ISF): 7.87 V/mm (200 mV/mil) ± 5% over the linear range (for standard 5m or 1m system).
Recommended Gap Setting for Radial Vibration: -9 Vdc [approximately 1.27 mm (50 mils)].
Temperature Range (Standard Probe): -52°C to +177°C (-62°F to +350°F).
Thread Engagement Limit (M10 x 1): Maximum recommended thread engagement length is 5 mm (per industry standard of 1.5x nominal thread diameter). Exceeding this may cause binding during installation.
