Vibro-Meter RLC16 200-570-000-112 VM600 16-Relay Card

200-570-000-112 adds sixteen changeover relays for machinery-protection or monitoring outputs when the existing IOC4T relay capacity is insufficient.

200-570-000-112 provides one common, one normally closed and one normally open contact per relay. The relay contacts are brought out through the rear J1, J2 and J3 screw-terminal connectors.

200-570-000-112 supports normally energized and normally de-energized operation. The required logic is selected by jumpers on the card, while the open-collector relay drivers are controlled by system software.

200-570-000-112 installs in the rear of a VM600 ABE04x or ABE056 rack and connects directly to the rack backplane. Its supply is +5 VDC from the VM600 rack.

200-570-000-112 has nominal relay ratings of 250 VAC and 5 AAC, with a maximum breaking capacity of 1250 VA without contact protection. In an ABE056 slimline rack with a DC supply, the lower limit of 70 VDC or 33 VAC RMS applies.

200-570-000-112 is specified for operation from −25 to +65 °C at 0 to 90% relative humidity, non-condensing. The card measures 262 x 20 x 125 mm and weighs approximately 0.30 kg.

200-570-000-112 uses the 200-570-000-1Hh standard-version ordering pattern: 1 selects the standard card, H=1 is the major hardware revision and h=2 is the minor hardware revision.
