The NFAI143-S50 S1 achieves an accuracy of ±0.1% of full scale with a temperature drift limited to ±0.01%/°C. Its input resistance is 250 Ω during operation and exceeds 500 kΩ when powered off, ensuring minimal loading on field industrial automation parts and instruments. In extended operations—such as a 72-hour continuous process cycle—the module maintains signal integrity within ±0.01% tolerance, even under thermal variations. Data is refreshed every 10 ms with an input step response of 100 ms, supporting real-time monitoring and control.

Robust Design for Industrial Environments
With a withstand voltage rating of 1500 V AC for one minute between input and system, the module provides strong electrical isolation. Overcurrent protection is integrated, and an allowable input current of 24 mA safeguards against field-side faults. The unit’s compact dimensions (32.8 mm width) enable high-density mounting while its 0.3 kg weight ensures easy integration into existing racks.

Installation and Power Requirements
According to the STARDOM FCN Installation Guide (TI 34P02091-01E), the module must be installed with attention to thermal management. It should not be placed next to CPU modules (NFCP501/NFCP502) or power supply units (NFPW44x series) to avoid heat interference. The module requires 24 V DC analog field power from the system power supply, with a current consumption of 540 mA from the 24 V DC supply and 230 mA from the 5 V DC system bus.

The module is now available to industrial customers worldwide, with strong interest expected from process-intensive regions including North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East. It connects via pressure clamp terminal blocks (compatible with NFTA4S-00 or NFTA4S-10 models) or MIL connector cables, and integrates seamlessly with existing FCN autonomous controller bases and power supply modules.
